Our accommodation
Accommodation layout
The residence offers two types of accommodation: single-storey and duplex. They do not have separate bedrooms. If children are accompanying the residents, they will share the same communal living area, without the option of having a separate bedroom.
The residence offers a variety of studios ranging in size from 25 m² to 125 m². All units are equipped with at least one double bed and baby cots are available on request. The units are spread between two pavilions, the Main Pavilion and the South Pavilion, and in each of them you will find stairs as well as a lift.
Rates
The monthly occupancy fee for our apartments ranges from €1050 for a 25 m² apartment to €2630 for a 125 m² apartment (including all taxes). You can consult the 2025 price list below.
Studio apartments overview
The available studios are rented furnished and include an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom, a sleeping area and a work area. In terms of small equipment, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle are provided. Please bring a hairdryer with you. Please note that family stays are only possible in the large studios, from 46 m² and over. However, these family stays are limited to a couple with a maximum of 2 children. It is important to note that pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
Conditions d’accueil
Life partners are welcome and must be declared.
Any additional occupancy above the number indicated on the contract will be invoiced as follows:
Price per additional person according to duration:
- 15€ per night for stays of less than 5 nights
- 150€ per week (invoiced from the 5th night onwards)
- 250€ for a fortnight
- 400€ per month (invoiced from the 16th night onwards)
All charges are included in your rent.
We provide bed linen and bathroom towels. Our studios are not equipped with hairdryers.
The residence has a laundrette accessible 24 hours a day, located on level -1 of the main building. You must bring your own detergent.
- A wash cycle costs €3.50 and a drying cycle costs €1. The laundry has a payment centre operating by credit card only.
A weekly clean will take place in your studio every Friday.
This includes cleaning the floors and bathroom, and changing the linen and bathroom towels. However, maintenance of the kitchen and removal of rubbish are not included.
If you are the lucky owner of a bicycle, you can park it on site, in the main or south pavilion!
Please note that arrivals outside opening hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays, are not possible. We kindly ask you to plan your arrival during the week, according to the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
- Friday: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm
We kindly ask you to take these times into consideration when planning your arrival, in order to guarantee an efficient and hassle-free welcome.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit must be paid according to the length of your stay.
For a stay of 1 to 3 months:
- A prepayment of the first month’s rent must be made within 10 days of the reservation proposal.
For stays of more than 3 months:
- A prepayment of the first month’s rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent are required.
Security deposits must be paid within 10 days of the booking proposal.
The security deposit collected will be returned if the condition of the property at the time of departure is satisfactory.
Example: for a booking of a 31 m² apartment for 4 months with a monthly fee of €1199.70, you must pay:
- A prepayment of the first monthly instalment of €1199.70
- A security deposit of €1199.70
Coverage is accepted with the order form if it is sent within 10 days of the reservation.
